Odd Future member Earl Sweatshirt has shared a new track titled “45,” which you can check out below. The Alchemist-produced track is typical Earl, rhyming over a dark, grimy beat without any sort of hook or refrain. The track runs at an incredibly short 1:16, leading Consequence of Sound to speculate that this is just the first half of the actual song, though a more experimentally-minded rapper like Earl could easily be recording an entire album of brief songs like this, similar to Madvillainy.

Earl’s debut studio album Doris was released back in Aug. 2013. Though no follow-up has yet been announced, the release of “45” is likely an indicate that he’s currently working on one.

You can check out the lyrics to “45” right here, as transcribed by Rap Genius:

Open up the case on 'em, set his own pace
Peeped the rats, wasn't racing with 'em
Made it out the maze
Haze with the stanky odor simmer down my brain
When I can't control it
N***a, where your chips, you should bet 'em on him
Call the vet he barkin', hear him and the mess he started
N***a they keep an eye on me, I am not a child artist
I raise the bar and hit a chin-up for a while on it
Like a long ride, my n***as up for it
My b***h is down for me cause I stay a buck-fifty
Angel City drought time, why the f**k I'm up fifty
Playing like I'm down five, they can't really f**k with me
Let a n***a sizzle in the pan if he wanna
Los Angeles area annual summer, we burning under it
Learn from taking chances and fumbling
N***a I was taught to take your rations and guzzle 'em, b***h
