Drake's short Jungle Tour has already spawned quite a few headlines. Earlier this week, the "Energy" rapper made waves by replacing the lyrics to his If You're Reading This, It's Too Late track "Madonna" to Rihanna, and now it seems as though he's rolling out new music. Last night (May 27) during a show in Detroit, Drizzy dished out a new set of friends-related rhymes.

The new pair of verses seemed a little too put together to be a pure freestyle, leading Radio.com to report that the new rap may be part of a song from Drake's forthcoming studio album Views from the 6.

"Look, I would have so many friends if I didn't have money, success and accomplishments / I could have so many friends if I don't tell the truth but I ain't about compliments / I would have all of your fans if I didn't go pop and I stayed on some conscious sh*t / I would have so many more friends if I lost all my respect and my calculus/ You feel me" Drake raps in a fan-shot video.

The potential new song seemed to be fully formed, with Drizzy launching into a fully formed second verse and a sung portion.

Drake’s new album Views from the 6 has yet to fully come to fruition, but it’s reported to be due for release before the end of the year.
