Justin Bieber asked fans "What Do You Mean?" on Friday (Aug. 28) by releasing a new single and followed up the high profile, EDM influenced track with a much-buzzed about performance at Sunday night's MTV VMAs. Now, it's not confirmed whether or not the pop star has his answer, but he is still searching by releasing a new music video, which arrived after the VMAs telecast.

As promised, "What Do You Mean" dropped immediately following the show, and in the true style of the VMAs, the visual is filled with big effects and high quality production.

Co-starring John Leguizano and Xenia Deli and directed by Brad Furman, "What Do You Mean?" is a dark tale of kidnapping, escape, revenge, sex and skateboarding. Deep in the midst of some major drama and dealings, Bieber has only one request: don't hurt his girl.

Of course, things don't go as planned and right as Bieber and Deli get involved in a hot-and-heavy makeout session, they're carted away by masked kidnappers. Through some intense moves, they eventually escape. And who was leading the charge against them the whole time? Of course, it turns out was Leguizano. But, all is well that ends well, and Bieber and his girl head to the skate park and enjoy some downtime as they return to their happy, drama-free life.

"What Do You Mean?" is the lead single from Bieber's fourth studio album, which has yet to receive a title. However, last week, the 21-year-old singer revealed that the Believe follow-up will be arriving in stores on Nov. 13. The record is available for pre-sale now.
