Taylor Swift is known for being an extremely philanthropic celebrity, always lending a helping hand to her fans and those in need. After giving Swifties endless gifts with a star-studded 1989 Tour, featuring the talents of Mick Jagger, Alanis Morissette, Uzo Aduba, Ellie Goulding and tons more, Swift recently gave one young fan in Australia ever bigger gift -- she gave the girl the ability to fulfill her wish of meeting her musical hero before losing her hearing.
Australian native, 12-year-old Jorja Hope, bears a condition that causes her to progressively lose inner-ear hearing. When the young fan was first delivered the news, her first worry was "I won't be able to hear Taylor Swift sing," Australian newspaper Maitland Mercury notes. Jorja's twin sister, Chloe, decided to take matters into her own hands by launching a campaign to help her sister meet Swift before her hearing was gone for good.

The online effort stated that it's unknown when Jorja's hearing will completely fade out but it could come as early as 2016. Jorja's one wish was to meet the "Wildest Dreams" singer, leading Chloe to craft #HelpJorjaMeetTaylorSwiftSydney, which quickly went viral. Once the campaign caught the attention of Sydney radio station Nova 96.9, they helped the young fan by setting her up with a unique meeting with the pop star, Entertainment Weekly reports.
"She was very, very amazing and very pretty," Jorja detailed. "I didn't expect her to be as tall as she was." After the meeting, the twins went on to watch the "Bad Blood" singer storm the stage at Sydney's ANZ Stadium. "Things like this happen to other people, not to people like us," Jorja's mother, Melissa, told Australia's Today show, according to Us Weekly. "It's been a fairy tale."
"Jorja has battled her whole life from being born preemie with growth problems, to surgeries on her ears already and five surgeries for broken bones. She is a fighter. No matter what happens, she smiles and keeps going," she continued.
