While the Arctic Monkeys remain quiet, the band's frontman Alex Turner has been hard at work with Miles Kane on a new The Last Shadow Puppets album. The duo this week released their second teaser video via Facebook for the impending Spring 2016 release.

Both videos, featured below, show a flashy montage of the band in the studio, hanging out together, and of Kane impersonating WWE wrestler Ric Flair, all somewhat jumbled together in the form of a creepy old horror film. While we're unsure at what they're getting at, the videos (that will surely pique your curiosity) explicitly reveal that the album is coming this Spring.

Earlier this year, the duo's producer, James Ford, who is known for his work in Simian Mobile Disco, stated in an interview, "This year, I've just done a Last Shadow Puppets record, which is the guy from Arctic Monkeys and Miles... So we did the followup album to that. That's the last thing I did." He went on to confirm that the record is completely finished and will "be out next year sometime."

Owen Pallett, who worked with the duo on their first album, also recently tweeted that the new record, which would serve as a followup to the band's 2008 debut The Age Of The Understatement, was encroaching on "classic status," whatever that means, using hashtag #tlsp2. The Tweet has since been deleted.

Turner had also told NME in 2013 that he had been looking to reunite TLSP once again, saying, "It's something we'd both love to do at some point, but I don't know what that point is. I certainly don't think it's tomorrow. Miles is doing his thing and that's going great. It's like he's become whole. Although he always was a superstar, wasn't he?"
