Manager Jurgen Klopp spoke to the media about Liverpool's season and chances of making it to the top 4.
"Six points is not the world," the German manager explained, according to BBC. "We have to show it, Consistency has not been our hobby until now. We need to improve that. Our starting position isn't a master class but we are still in a good enough position to achieve something. I have some hard selection decisions to make. We haven't had this before. We have to use this new quality to change and rest."
Meanwhile, Palace manager Alan Pardew recently praised Liverpool and spoke about taking them on today.
"Liverpool were terrific [in midweek]. That high-pressing game is exciting to watch. It doesn't always work though. If we can find a way around that [high press], we can cause Liverpool problems like we have done in the past," the coach said. "We improved at Sunderland. The boys coming back [from injury] will help us progress. It's a different team to the one of four or five weeks ago."
