Machine Gun Kelly is known to bring out his angst and emotions while performing in shows, but his latest appearance left him drenched in blood after delivering a shocking performance.

WARNING: This article contains a video showing blood

According to People Magazine, the "emo girl" hitmaker performed at his "Mainstream Sellout Tour" show at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Following the show, he went straight to Catch steakhouse to have an afterparty with his fiancé Megan Fox, Avril Lavigne, and her fiancé Mod Sun.

At the post-concert venue, MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, delivered an impromptu performance of "My Ex's Best Friend" while being drenched in blood.

The singer, who wore an all-pink iridescent outfit, reportedly smashed a champagne glass against his face.

In an Instagram story posted on the rocker's account, the singer delivered a speech before saying, "I don't give a s***," then he smashed the glass on his face.

The incident left MGK wounded as blood can be seen dripping down his face from his right eyebrow.

In another footage, the "WANNA BE" singer held a towel on his hand filled with blood while someone offered him a new one.

The recent afterparty comes a few days after he released a Hulu documentary titled "Machine Gun Kelly's Life In Pink."

The rapper-turned-rocker arrived on the "hot pink" carpet with the "Transformers" actress.

Speaking to Billboard, he explained that the 80-minute documentary revolves around his life for the last two years. He also tackled fatherhood and his newly-found relationship that he wanted to take seriously.

While watching the film, MGK said his daughter Cassie made him cry because she opened up about having a famous father who's always working late and on tour.

Speaking about his reaction, the singer said, "I didn't want to silence her truths at all, and I'm so proud of the way that she is able to speak and to be open. She's the catalyst for everything good that I'm becoming."

He also opened up about the viral clip from the film that he didn't want to include where he slept with a shotgun next to his bed, attempting to take his own life, but he got in touch with Megan Fox, who was filming in Bulgaria.

The scene ultimately made it to the movie because the whole point of his story is to be "more raw and more vulnerable."
