Stranger Things season 4 might be over, but fans still feel goosebumps whenever they remember a specific scene wherein Joseph Quinn's character, Eddie Munson, did a solo guitar act. Recently, the writers of the show finally released a rehearsal video, and fans can't help but swoon over the actor.

WARNING: POSSIBLE STRANGER THINGS SPOILERS AHEAD

The writers of the renowned Netflix show took to Twitter to show a short clip of Quinn playing the guitar, seemingly getting ready to film the intense scene where he and Dustin Henderson attempted to distract Vecna's monstrous bats.

"practice makes perfect," the video caption reads. (via Deadline)

The outlet noted that Quinn didn't do all the work as he was assisted by bassist Tye Trujillo, the son of Metallica's Robert Trujillo.

After the clip made rounds online, many fans quote-retweeted the post to express their feelings.

"That's the hottest thing I've seen in my life. Joseph Quinn practicing master of puppets for his guitar scene. Most... metal... ever!!" one wrote.

"As if I'm not already very in love with this man!!" another one wrote.

The recent video comes a few days after Metallica finally reacted to their song being used on "Stranger Things" and it appears that they approved Joseph Quinn's performance.

Taking to their official Instagram account, the metal legends shared a video of the actor playing "Master of Puppets."

"The way The Duffer Brothers have incorporated music into Stranger Things has always been next level, so we were beyond psyched for them to not only include "Master of Puppets" in the show, but to have such a pivotal scene built around it," they wrote.

The rockers noted that they were all "so stoked" to see the final output and when they finally watched it, they were blown away because it was "so extremely well done."

They also noted that there were some people who guessed the song in the trailer just by looking at Quinn's hands.

"It's an incredible honor to be such a big part of Eddie's journey and to once again be keeping company with all of the other amazing artists featured in the show," they concluded.

Fans are still mourning the death of Quinn's character on the show after he sacrificed himself for his friends.

As of this writing, the show's production has not announced whether Eddie Munson will return for the final season.
