Growing rumors are surrounding Lil Baby recently after news that more high-profile Atlanta RICO cases will be publicized soon.

With Young Thug, Gunna, and 26 other YSL associates who were currently behind bars, fans are buzzing if Lil Baby, an Atlanta-born rapper, would be the next rapper hit with the case.

Earlier this week, Lil Baby gave a pleasing update on the condition of his two close friends, Young Thug and Gunna, in prison.

Fulton County Says More RICO Cases Coming Soon

As Complex reported, the Fulton County district attorney announced that by the end of the summer, more high-profile RICO cases would be served in the City of Atlanta in Georgia.

Last week, District Attorney Fani T. Willis announced that in the next 60 days - at least two more will be sent out.

While Willis did not specify that the two cases would be served to an artist, fear and worry among fans have grown since the indictment and arrest of Guna and Young Thug last May.

Gunna, Young Thug Indicted, Arrested on RICO Charges

Last May 9, 2022, Gunna, Young Thug, and 26 other YSL Records Associates were served with an 88-page grand jury indictment accusing them of conspiring to commit Georgia's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act and other felony charges, among others.

Particularly for Gunna and Young Thug, who are now prominent rappers on the hip-hop scene, their music lyrics were used as evidence against them.

This move by the Fulton County in Atlanta has sparked debate among communities on the use of pieces of art as evidence in prosecution.

An online petition to #FreeGunna was even started, with celebrities like Kim Kardashian joining the call.

After attempts for bond releases, Gunna and Young Thug remains behind bars until their highly-awaited trial in January 2023.

With the unfortunate events that happened with the two, chatter among the community continues to grow, with all eyes on Lil Baby.

Lil Baby Breaks Silence on RICO Rumors

After Lil Baby gave an update on Gunna and Young Thug's condition in jail, Lil Baby finally breaks his silence on the ongoing speculation that he would be one of the two that would be served with the RICO case before the end of the summer.

Turning to Twitter, the "Right On" hitmaker by announcing his new venture.

While some are enthused with the new breakthrough, one fan had enough confidence to ask Lil Baby about the elephant in the room.

Lil Baby's answer was quite vague but reassuring, to say the least.

The 27-year-old rapper is currently on tour with Chris Brown for "One of Them" Tours.
