The platinum-blonde beauty posted a selfie with her chin resting in her hand, showcasing her full lips and full-glam makeup.
Blake Shelton's wife posted the sultry picture, "waiting 4 thxgiving dinner like...gx."
Per OK magazine, her followers, on the other hand, appeared to be dissatisfied with the claimed increase in the size of her pouty lips.
Social media users attacked the "Hollaback Girl" singer's mouth, saying they mistook her for other celebs before discovering it was Gwen.
Another stated they were "waiting for the Botox to wear off," while a third remarked Gwen looked completely different today.
Some people asked Gwen Stefani to quit having plastic surgery because they thought she looked much better before.
However, not all of the former No Doubt frontwoman's comments were highlighted by her large lips. They also flocked to the comments section to praise her and wish her and her country singer hubby a happy Thanksgiving.

Meanwhile, after her photo, Gwen Stefani just shared the one thing she is thankful for this Thanksgiving: her husband, Blake Shelton.
She posted a black-and-white photo of them smiling, with Gwen gushing in the message about how Blake is someone she's "absolutely" grateful for "this year."
Gwen's newest crush on the "Minimum Wage" singer, whom she will marry in July 2021, comes just weeks after she named him her "favorite award ever" during her address at this year's New York Women in Communications' 52nd Annual Matrix Award.

Gwen was recognized for her pioneering work and was introduced on stage by Blake, who was reportedly "quite happy" and proud of his wife.
"Obviously, my favorite award ever, Blake Shelton, for marrying me. Wow, this is surreal - weird Blake talking about me like that. Thank you so much, you're such a babe, and you're so awesome," the 53-year-old mom said.
After her speech, she kissed her husband on the cheek.
Meanwhile, on "The Voice's" 10th anniversary special last year, Blake raved that meeting Gwen was one of his "greatest" memories on the program.
Blake also said this year that he will not be returning as a coach after this season.
