Google finally unveiled its 2022 Year in Search.
On Wednesday, Google released the list of its Year in Search showing the most popular people, stories, and songs in the US this 2022.
Among the categories include Top Trending Musician of 2022, and Adam Levine took the top spot. Mary J. Blige, Lil Tjay, Kendrick Lamar, and Migos follow the Maroon 5 frontman on the list.
This year, he notably acted as the lead artist in Diane Martel-directed "Ojala" and had songwriter credits in the same non-album single.
But, Levine made it to the list for a heartbreaking reason.
Adam Levine's Cheating Scandal Created the Buzz
The "Moves Like Jagger" hitmaker found himself in the middle of hot water starting in September when a woman claimed that she had an affair with a married musician.
Sumner Stroh posted a conversation between her and the singer, in which Levine asked her if it was okay to name his third child with his wife, Behati Prinsloo, after her.
She uploaded a second TikTok video that she thought that he and his wife's marriage was over. But when she found out the singer was still with his wife, she quickly ended things with him.
After Stroh's revelation, three other women came forward and made claims about Levine.
Comedian Maryka shared shocking screenshots of his DMs on her Instagram Stories. Levine's messages were mostly NSFW messages about the comedian's body.
Meanwhile, a woman named Alyson Rose uploaded screenshots in two TikTok videos, showing how Levine called her a hot chick. They also had flirty exchanges, but she refused to share more as she did not feel comfortable revealing them.

Yoga instructor Alanna Zabel, on the other hand, recalled what happened in 2010. At that time, Levine texted her and told her he wanted to spend a day with her naked. Her then-boyfriend saw the text and became jealous to the point that he broke her wrist.
After she told Levine about what happened to her, he reportedly snubbed her.
Following the revelations, Levine posted a statement denying the affair and assured that his wife and their family are the only ones he cares about in this world.
In response to this, Prinsloo was said to be upset about it but never posted anything online until October, when she uploaded a photo of her taken from her Victoria's Secret runway days.
