This number has been on top of the charts for weeks, so it can be no surprise that it was one of the songs they perform during their time on Saturday Night Live. However, this song is not Sam Smith's alone. Kim Petras is also on the track. "Unholy" is one of the well-deserved nominees for Best Collaboration for this year's iHeart Music Awards. Therefore, everyone was thrilled when Kim Petras made a surprise appearance on the Studio 8H stage.
She was not the only surprise guest. Sharon Stone also made an appearance during the performance of their song "Gloria." In her relative stillness through the number she layered an already epic and beautifully haunting song with simplistic movement that gave the piece and even further heightened sense of power.
