Never did fans imagine that the King of Pop Michael Jackson and one of the most influential hip-hop artists of all time, Jay-Z, would collaborate on a song together. However, in Just Blaze's recent interview, it appears that a project featuring the two exists and the public has yet to hear it.

According to Parade, the producer recently spoke to Bloomberg Originals' "Idea Generation" last week where he revealed that MJ appeared as a featuring artist on the rapper's "Girls, Girls, Girls."

This isn't the first time the unreleased track was brought up to the public as Jay-Z himself confirmed it in an interview after the legendary singer's passing in 2009. However, it was never released to fans.

Just Blaze said he never knew it existed as he thought it was an "urban legend" all this time.

"And I never knew that. I don't know if I didn't go to the studio that day. I thought it was an urban legend or something that Jay said, like, in jest one day, or just was some kind of a myth," he explained.

Jay-Z Looks Back at Working With Michael Jackson

In a previous issue of NME, as reported by XXL Mag, the rapper confirmed that Michael Jackson's vocals were indeed featured on the song which was originally a part of the original "Blueprint" album.

"He was on my song 'Girls, Girls, Girls', singing these background vocals and I didn't even put his name on it," he said.

Elsewhere in the interview, the rapper then recalled collaborating with the pop icon when they sang "You Rock My World" together in New York in 2001.

He said they played together which was "great." Upon going up on stage, fans were immediately sent into a frenzy, and "the place went mental."
