Hillary Scott Bio 

Hillary Dawn Scott was born on April 1, 1986 in Nashville, Tennessee to parents, Linda Davis and Lang Scott. Davis is a country music singer herself, like daughter, Hillary. Hillary's father, Lang, is also a musician, according to Countryfancast.com. Hillary has been married to husband, Chris Tyrrell since January 2012, as per ImdB. The couple has three daughters. 

Hillary Scott's Music Career as a Female Vocalist of Lady A

Hillary Scott decided to pursue her dream to be a country singer when she was only 14 years old. Scott auditioned for American Idol twice, but, did not make it to the judges round in both instances, as per Countryfancast.com. 

In 2006, Hillary formed the country trio singing group called Lady Antebellum. The other members of this group are co-lead singer, Charles Kelley and back-up singer, Dave Haywood. The group's initial name was named after the southern Antebellum style architecture that's been typically present in the southern parts of America. 

Lady A's Accolades and Accomplishments in the Music Scene 

Lady Antebellum (now renamed Lady A), debuted their first single, "Love Don't Live Here" on October 2, 2007. The song debuted at Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart during the said year, and, by the time it was the early part of 2008, "Love Don't Live Here" peaked at no. 3 in the said chart, as per reported on Countryfancast.com. Lady A's other famous hits include "Need You Now" (2009) and "Just a Kiss" (2011). 

Hillary Scott's Collaboration with FOR KING + COUNTRY

Hillary Scott spoke to People magazine during the 2023 Grammy awards regarding her collaboration with Christian pop duo, FOR KING + COUNTRY. FOR KING + COUNTRY is made up of brothers, Joel and Luke Smallbone. The crossover Christian collaboration among the said artists was announced in July 2022, when the duo re-recorded their hit song for a second version that featured Hillary, which in turn got a nod for best contemporary Christian music performance/song, as reported by People
