According to a news outlet, the musician couple paid a shocking $200 million to purchase a new home in California. It was reported that the property they recently bought was the most expensive house in the state.
Designed by Japanese architect Tadao Ando, the person in charge of Kanye West's mansion worth $57.3 million, was the person who designed the couple's home.

Located in Malibu, the property spans 30,000-square-foot featuring all concrete. It took him 15 years to build and the mansion was previously owned by William Bell, a popular art collector.

Page Six noted that the modern house is a great deal for the billionaire couple as it was initially listed for $295 million, but they only got it for $95 million less the original price.
Not only it is the most expensive house in California, but also second across the United States as there was a $238 million apartment in New York City which holds the record.

After the news made rounds online, fans immediately reacted on the matter, with some users saying the recent purchase was excessive.
"$200 million on a house and they can only sleep in one room per night. That's a waste of money. I hope they pay their taxes," one wrote.
However, there were also people who defended the pop star, writing, "She works hard for her money... she should have whatever she wants.
