Zayn Malik Revvs Up For New Album After Blank Instagram Account, Active Twitter

Out of all the One Direction members, Zayn Malik is the quietest so far. Harry Styles has his fans shouting his name, Louis Tomlinson is on tour, Niall Horan just won "The Voice" and Liam Payne has stirred headlines earlier this year.

It was only now that Zayn is back on social media. Weeks ago, Malik's name has been flung all over the internet as speculations about his new music came about.

Now, he just basically confirmed that his new era is upon us!

Aside from practically wiping his Instagram account and archiving his posts, indicating that something is up, Malik also posted a rousing teaser on Twitter.

Posting only a 10-second video of himself riding a motorcycle and revving up the engine, Malik, in a black chic helmet, looked up to the camera dramatically as the tense sound climaxed, prompting the visor to shut.

Zayn offered no words in the video but fans are more than sure that this is another indication that an album announcement or a song announcement is already at the horizon. Aside from the post, many were also surprised to see Malik tweeting.

Retweeting a fan who tried to write a virtual graffiti of "Zaddy" on Twitter, Zayn sarcastically described it as "Art." After that, one fan even posted a video meme of Malik with jail bars rising up essentially freeing him up.

"zayn finally left batcave," the fan captioned the witty video, signifying the singer leaving his silence.

Aside from that, Ryan Tedder also confirmed to Capital Official that he worked on Malik's new music.

"I was floored by his voice. Absolutely floored. I was like, okay, this guy's nuts. I've been working with Zayn for the past 8 months," he confirmed.

This pretty much confirmed online entertainment source Deux Moi who teased last week that there has been something going on about Malik.

"Fans of this lowkey boy bander get excited!" the insider teased. "You know new music is coming, but he is also shooting mid-June in NYC!!"

Malik also posted a photo of himself on an Instagram story, hanging out in the studio - teasing everyone about what is up.

As of this writing, we still do not know when would the Zayn Malik new music, but one thing is for sure, we will get it no later than this year, perhaps this summer.
