Beyoncé already concluded the European leg of her "Renaissance" tour, and is set to kick off her North American concerts in Toronto, but it was announced that a specific date had been canceled; what was the reason, and how do fans get refunds?
According to USA Today, the "Summer Renaissance" hitmaker was scheduled to perform at Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh on August 3.
Unfortunately, those who already bought tickets for the show won't be seeing the musician play her smash hits anymore as the event had been canceled.

Taking to their official Twitter account, the concert venue explained the reason behind the show's cancelation, saying it was due to "production logistics and scheduling issues."
"The August 3rd Pittsburgh stop of the RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR will not be taking place," they added.
As of this writing, Beyoncé has yet to share a statement regarding her show's cancelation in the said city.

For those who purchased tickets for the show, you might be wondering how to get your money back now that the concert is not happening anymore.
Acrisure Stadium's statement provided an explanation regarding this matter, saying that refunds will be "automatically issued at point of purchase."
If ever something happens or your money was not returned properly, the venue added that you should contact your point of purchase for more questions or issues.
It was not stated if refunds would be handed out immediately or if it would take time.

The recent announcement comes after Beyoncé went viral on social media after a video of her getting upset with the production crew on stage made rounds online.
According to Daily Mail, the staff missed a cue to help her down from a prop. At the time, the "Alien Superstar" songstress was sitting down on a disco ball-clad horse, which fans named Reneigh.
During her performance of the song "Summer Renaissance," a man can be seen asking for the singer's hand to go down off the horse, but Beyoncé refused to.
Visibly upset, the musician sighed and mouthed "Oh my God!" after singing the hit track from her latest album.
Beyoncé's "Renaissance Tour" will resume across North America on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at the Rogers Centre in Toronto, Canada.
