Aside from Scooter Braun, Ticketmaster is one of Taylor Nation's biggest enemies to date. After a disastrous "The Eras" Tour presale in the United States, Ticketmaster and Live Nation were put under the microscope by the United States Government.

British Swifties faced a similar ordeal when securing the tickets for "The Eras" Tour in the UK as they were slammed with delays that prompted to many not secure their desired tickets.

Taylor Swift 'The Eras' Tour UK Ticket Fiasco

According to The Sun, Taylor Swift's "The Eras" Tour presale in the United Kingdom was faced by an angry mob of Swifties as they failed to receive codes for their registration.

"Registered" fans have pre-registered for the presale. After registering, they will then wait for a code to be sent to them to participate on the said presale. However, that email didn't arrive on their inboxes, prompting the fury.

Many fans expressed that they were put in "limbo" for the said tickets.

"taylor swift is causing nationwide anxiety in the UK with these emails i just got one through about the new dates and near enough had a heart attack thinking it meant i was selected to get tickets," a fan tweeted.

"Urm excuse me @TicketmasterUK I'm not sure what time zone you're working from but here in the UK we're now 11 hours in to the 5th of July and still no email about Taylor Swift tickets. Yours sincerely, the entire fandom #TaylorSwiftErasTour," another shared.

"Ticketmaster are making the process of getting Taylor Swift tickets in the uk the most complicated thing ever. It really is like some Dark Souls shit," someone said.

"The audacity of Ticketmaster UK tweeting about the new eras tour dates yet still not dishing out the emails. Come on you have a job to do," one complained.

Ticketmaster Addresses 'The Eras' Tour UK Ticket Fiasco

In a statement, Ticketmaster explained the debacle.

"A limited number of registrants will have the opportunity to access the ticket sale and everyone else will be placed on the waitlist," they revealed. "Due to the demand for these shows, and to ensure the maximum number of fans have the opportunity to access tickets, registrants will be randomly selected for the opportunity to access the ticket sale"

According to the ticketing giant, fans who were selected will be randomly assigned a "non-transferable access code" that they can use to purchase from Ticketmaster or AXS. Check out the full statement below on what to do with the tickets.
