Fans were looking forward to seeing Travis Scott perform songs from his new album "Utopia" live for the first time and it appears that he didn't disappoint his supporters during his show in Rome.

In addition to performing his latest tracks, he also brought out a very special guest that many did not expect; find out who it was below.

According to Pitchfork, the rapper recently took the stage of Circus Maximus, a historical site located in Rome, Italy. The location was once the largest chariot-racing track in the Roman Empire that's why many consider it to be a place full of history.

The outlet noted that his setlist began with three new songs from the album, but he also performed some of his previous hits such as "Butterfly Effect" and "Highest in the Room."

For his outfit, the musician donned shoulder pads and for theatrics, he reportedly jumped from a fake rock.

Kanye West Performs With Travis Scott

Later in the evening, fans screamed in surprise as Kanye West joined the rapper on stage. The duo performed the song "Can't Tell Me Nothing."

West wore an all-black outfit with a bag and a pendant that appeared to be the face of Jesus.

"There is no Utopia without Kanye West. There is no Travis Scott without Kanye West. There is no Rome without Kanye West. Make some noise for Ye," he told the crowd.

Travis Scott Pyramids of Giza Performance Canceled

Before his show in Rome was announced, Travis Scott was initially scheduled to perform at the Pyramids of Giza in Egypt.

However, at the last minute, fans were disappointed after Live Nation announced that the event had already been canceled due to "complex production issues."

Aside from those who already bought tickets, there were also fans who purchased airplane tickets and hotel acommodations just to see the hip-hop star perform live.

Even though the organizers noted that production issues were the cause of the cancelation, there were Egyptian musicians who called to boycott the rapper due to his "strange rituals."

Travis Scott is still looking forward to perform in the future as he told his fans that it would still happen, but there are still no announcements regarding the matter.
