Britney Spears and Sam Asghari are currently going through a divorce, and loyal fans are worried about the couple's pets as they didn't know who would take them home to take care of them.
More recently, it has been reported that the estranged couple has reached an agreement regarding the custody of their beloved fur babies.
According to a news outlet, the pop superstar and her fitness enthusiast ex have five dogs and they decided to split the custody of their pets.
The 29-year-old actor is now the owner of their Doberman named Porsha as he was the one who bought the pet in 2021 in order to protect the singer.

On the other hand, the four other dogs: Sawyer (Australian Shepherd), Hannah (Yorkie), and two other smaller dogs, will go to Britney Spears' custody.
Now that a decision has been made, it was reported that both Spears and Asghari were happy about the deal.
Britney Spears Initially Refused to Give Up Dogs
The latest news comes a week after the Daily Mail UK reported that the 41-year-old songstress was not in favor to give up custody of their pets to Asghari.
"Regarding [Britney and Sam's shared] property, the most difficult part of dividing any assets will be their two dogs," an insider told the outlet. (via Page Six)
The source further noted that Asghari was the one who gave Porsha to his then-wife as a gift and Spears was the one who wanted to adopt Sawyer when they spent time in Maui.

Despite the two initially fighting over the custody of their dogs, Spears didn't hesitate to return the engagement ring that her estranged husband gave her at his proposal a few years back.
Today, the estranged couple has been living apart from each other as Sam Asghari reportedly moved out of Britney Spears' mansion in Thousand Oaks, California.

The musician and the actor first started dating in 2016. At the time, Spears was still under her conservatorship.
After the legal bound got terminated a few years back, Sam Asghari popped the question and they later announced that they were getting married.
Last year, the couple tied the knot in an intimate and private ceremony at the musician's home in California where it was attended by some of the biggest celebrities.
Asghari then filed for divorce last week, citing "irreconcilable differences."
