Miley Cyrus is one of the most popular artists and celebrities in the world. The child actress turned global pop star has reached a lot of people in the world and it is no wonder she has such loyal fans.

However, on the downside, this puts Cyrus in a vulnerable spot for people who would think they can access her all the time.

In this case, she filed a temporary restraining order against a 52-year-old man who has been pursuing her.

Miley Cyrus Stalker 2023

According to newly obtained legal documents from TMZ, Miley Cyrus has filed for court-ordered protection from a person who she claims to be a danger to her.

52-year-old Alexander Kardalian has been sending Cyrus letters since 2018, he was said to have flooded the "Flowers" hitmaker with "obsessive letters," requested money from her, and even made some sexually explicit comments, expressing an intense desire for her.

Per the outlet, Cyrus revealed that the "obsessive behavior" had escalated in the summer of 2022, when the man was said to have shown up twice to her Los Angeles property twice. He was eventually shooed away.

In December 2022, the man was arrested and was even locked up at San Quentin State Prison until August 2023, completing an 8-month stint in prison.

However, the obsession did not stop there, as days after he got out of prison, he showed up again on Cyrus' property at her front gate.

Miley Cyrus Fears For Her Safety

The TMZ-obtained legal documents also detailed that Alexander Kardalian, Miley Cyrus' stalker, has been sending her letters from prison, stating her impending visit once he gets out. Thankfully, he was intercepted by security and was taunted that if he would return - another arrest is imminent.

Since then, Cyrus found out that the man has been using her own home address for health insurance, and even says that she received a letter threatening that if she didn't write back, he "doesn't give a f*** if he lives."

The person that MIley Cyrus' stalker was presumably talking about is Miley Cyrus' boyfriend, Maxx Morando. Cyrus said that she's "worried" about her safety, her mother Tish, and her boyfriend's.

The judge has since granted Cyrus a temporary restraining order against Kardalian. He is now barred from contacting her, harassing her, attending any public events with Cyrus, or even her own concerts. He also has to stay at least 100 yards away from her, her car, her home, or any venues where Cyrus is.
