More recently, an insider revealed that the Jonas Brothers member wants nothing but the best for him and his ex as he's committed to making everything work amid their issues.

"Joe is committed to making it work with Sophie in mediation and doesn't want to put up a fight," the source told Page Six.

The insider further noted that he's okay as long as both of them can come to "a fair agreement on the kids."

Sophie Turner vs Joe Jonas: Actress Sues Singer

The recent news comes after Sophie Turner filed a lawsuit against her estranged husband for the return of their children to her home country of England.

According to legal documents filed by the actress, she's requesting to secure the "immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained." She noted that the "wrongful retention" started in mid September.

In addition, the "Game of Thrones" star claimed that the DNCE singer agreed last Christmas that they would be moving to the United Kingdom permanently and would start looking for schools for their eldest child.

Joe Jonas filed for divorce from the actress in early September. The two were married for four years. The reason why the former Disney actor decided to separate was because it was reportedly his "last resort."
