Timothée Chalamet is not just an amazing actor as he is set to show off his singing skills in the upcoming movie which will revolve around legendary singer Bob Dylan's life titled "A Complete Unknown;" check out below how he's preparing for the role.

According to an interview with GQ Magazine, the actor worked with fellow co-star Austin Butler on the set of "Dune: Part 2" and he was in awe of his vocal skills when he portrayed the role of Elvis Presley in his biopic.

This led Chalamet to seek help from his vocal team in order to help him with his "Dylan Prep," which included renowned vocal coach Eric Vetro and coach Polly Bennett in order to catch the vocal intonations as well as mannerisms of Bob Dylan for the new movie by James Mangold.

"I just saw the way [Austin Butler] committed to it all - and realized I needed to step it up," he told the outlet.

"It's taking on all the characteristics of Dylan's voice and his mannerisms and his speech patterns, and bringing that into the music - so that when you hear Timothée do the music, what you're really getting is the essence of Bob Dylan," he explained.

Vetro further noted that when the audience finally gets the chance to watch the movie, it wouldn't feel like Chalamet is impersonating him, but rather living him in the role.

Bob Dylan Biopic

Creator James Mangold opened up about the planned biopic earlier this year and he gave fans an idea of what to expect in the upcoming movie.

He mentioned during an event for "Star Wars" in London that the movie would begin when Bob Dylan was 19 years old, that was the time when he was gearing up to become one of the most renowned singers of all time.

The movie will also showcase the singer being embraced into folk music in New York before outrunning them to make a name for himself.

As of this writing, there is still no official release date for the Bob Dylan biopic but Screen Rant reported that it could possibly be released by 2024.
