Taylor Swift just attended another NFL game to watch Travis Kelce, signaling that she has officially entered her WAG era.

According to reports, the "Anti-Hero" singer has spent another weekend at the VIP suite reserved for WAGs and family of NFL football players; in fact, Swift was spotted cheering alongside Brittany Mahomes, the wife of the Chief's quarterback, Patrick Mahomes.

Swift's recent outing brought in a wave of gleeful reactions from her fans, who cannot help but gush about how supportive and "in love" she is with the NFL star.

"Taylor in her WAG era," a fan wrote.

"Taylor Swift joins some other famous faces in the list of incredible WAGs of NFL stars," the Sun Sport wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter).

"Taylor being WAG on football Sunday."

"Taylor Swift being one of football WAGs was not on my 2023 bingo card but honesty? I love it."

With the word "WAG" being thrown out on X, many wondered: what exactly is a WAG?

Is Taylor Swift a WAG?

WAGs or Wags refer to the wives and girlfriends of athletes. The term was coined by the British tabloids in the early 2000s.

Other prominent WAGs include Victoria Beckham, Cheryl Cole, Ciara, Gabrielle Union, Gisele Bundchen, Kendall Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, Carrie Underwood, Irina Shayk, Ayesha Curry, and more.

There are other terms that came about such as MAGs, which refers to mothers and girlfriends, as well as SADs which stands for sons and daughters.

Apparently, with several football games under her belt, and now that she is officially dating Kelce, Swift is now a fully-fledged WAG.

Taylor Swift Meets Travis Kelce's Family

On the first football game Swift attended, she was spotted alongside Kelce's mother, Donna Kelce, at the VIP suite, cheering on the NFL star.

Apparently, since then, their relationship has deepened and Kelce brought Swift to meet his father, Ed Kelce.

"You know Dad like I know Dad," Kelce told his brother, Jason Kelce, during their podcast show "New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce," "This is a terrifying conversation. I felt terrible for Taylor for being in this."

"If you see Dad talking to anybody and you can't hear what's happening, who knows where that conversation's going," added Jason.

However, apparently, Kelce's family immediately warmed up to the "Love Story" singer, and in fact, Ed has begun listening to her music "a little more" since they began dating.
