When a police officer pulled Britney Spears over for another driving violation, the Princess of Pop told him she urgently needed the toilet.

The 41-year-old "Baby One More Time" hitmaker has had years of run-ins with the law due to motoring offenses, and this latest episode occurred on October 5 near her home in Thousand Oaks, California.

On camera, she informed the cop that her bladder could not wait much longer.

Last September, bodycam video from an officer recorded a speed violation, with the "Toxic" singer pleading to use the restroom as her house was in close proximity.

Britney said: "I'm so sorry, I have to use the bathroom... it's about to come out right now. Sorry, my house is right there."

But during the October stop, the cop pulled Britney over to check her license and registration.

The cop explained that he was not attempting to flag her car down intentionally but was monitoring drivers who were going too fast or crossing double yellow lines.

At this time, Britney informed him that her security team had both her passport and license in their possession due to a recent journey she had taken.

The cop wrote a citation for the "Womanizer" hitmaker for going through double yellow lines and told her to drive carefully. Reportedly, she must pay a fine of $327 before the November 21 deadline.

Driving on the roads of California requires attention to solid double yellow lines. It is against the law unless you are making a left turn at an intersection, entering or exiting a private road or driveway, driving through a designated carpool lane - or following orders from construction workers.

But on October 10, Britney Spears found herself in hot water when a police officer pulled her over in her white Mercedes.

Upon inspection, it was revealed that she had no valid license or proof of insurance inside the car - which may have been related to her estranged husband, Sam Asghari, 29, who had recently filed for divorce from Britney.

TMZ posted the recent bodycam footage of Britney Spears' speeding incident. The video showed her driving 61 mph in a 40 mph speed limit zone.

"I'm sorry, I'm so so sorry. Please forgive me," the singer said.

Britney Spears was surprised when she encountered a familiar face - an officer who had stopped her in a previous incident.

He told her that he had given her "a break last time," and this time, she found herself with a hefty fine of $1,140.

Just a few months prior, in March 2023, this same singer was caught by authorities for driving at an excessive speed based on current conditions. It was just one of several traffic infractions she had incurred over time.
