Bryan did not spend Halloween alone as he was accompanied by his rumored girlfriend Brianna LaPaglia who dressed up as a police officer.

Why Was Zach Bryan Arrested?

The recent social media post comes almost two months after Zach Bryan was arrested in Oklahoma. According to a report published by ABC News, the musician's private security was riding an SUV and the singer was driving a pick up truck.

The SUV was later pulled over by authorities for allegedly speeding. Later on, the country singer walked out of his truck to speak with a highway patrol trooper named Ben Bertram and he allegedly asked what took them so long.

Zach Bryan Apologizes On Social Media After Arrest

After being charged with "obstruction of investigation," the musician took to social media to share a video addressing the arrest, saying he was "just an idiot."

"I'll take the fall for it. I'm a grown man, I shouldn't have behaved like that, and it won't happen again," he told his fans. (via Rolling Stone)

He noted that the arrest and handcuff "frustrated" him a lot as he didn't know if he had a right to refuse giving the officers his address, but he did.

"I just pray everyone knows I don't think I'm above the law. I was just being disrespectful, and I shouldn't have been. It was my mistake," he added.
