Aerosmith's Steven Tyler has been hit with a new sexual assault lawsuit, accusing him of assaulting a teenager back in 1975.
A woman named Jeanne Bellino claimed that Steven Tyler sexually assaulted her when she was 17-years-old back then in New York City.
Steven Tyler Sexual Assault Lawsuit Explored
In a filing obtained by Page Six, Jeanne Bellino, who was 17-years-old at the time, claimed that in the summer of 1975, she was sexually assaulted by Steven Tyler in a phone booth in Manhattan while the rest of his band were laughing and watching them from the outside.
Bellino, a model back then, met up with Aerosmith then at the Warwick Hotel for a party. As they left the party, Bellino, her friend, Tyler, and "around a half a dozen people" who were affiliated with the band began walking down 6th Avenue in Manhattan.
When Bellino tried to talk to Tyler, the vocalist got annoyed and forced her inside a nearby phone booth.
The plaintiff claimed that Tyler, "stuck his tongue down her throat" and "put his hands upon her body, breasts, her buttocks and her genitals, moving and removing clothing and pinning her against the wall of the phone booth." He was 27 at the time while the victim was only 17.

She also said in the lawsuit that Tyler was "humping her" in the booth while the others stood outside and laughed at them.
"Tyler forcefully inserted his tongue into Plaintiff's mouth, without her consent," the lawsuit reads. "Tyler's penis was erect and it was evident to her as he rubbed it against her that he was not wearing underwear and wearing thin pants."
Bellino grabbed Tyler's head to retaliate, but he then stopped and exited the booth. Shocked and traumatized, she went back to the hotel with the team because she had no money in hand.
As soon as they arrived at the hotel again, Tyler repeated the same deed in a nearby hallway. When Tyler stopped and went back to his room, Bellino attempted to leave the scene while she was sobbing and holding on for her dear life.
Thankfully, a doorman helped her and she bolted away from the hotel in a cab.
This was not the first underage woman who came forward to accuse Tyler of sexually assaulting them while they were teenagers. Last year, Tyler denied the allegations that she had a relationship with someone who was 16 years old back then in 1973.
As of this writing, Tyler has yet to react or comment on the new case.
