Riding the wave of her memoir's success, Britney Spears is primed to embark on the next part of her journey.

"The Woman In Me" saw over 1.1 million copies sold in its debut week, instilling an unprecedented level of self-assurance in the pop star.

An insider who spoke to Us Weekly (via OK magazine) remarked on the impact of Britney's memoir, saying it has completely changed her outlook.

"Writing it was so healing for her - it helped her make a fresh start in life," they said. "She's in a better place now - happier and healthier than ever." The source added that the "Baby One More Time" singer is continuing to journey towards self-healing.

The success of her book has undoubtedly been a source of joy for Britney, as an insider remarked. She reportedly had chosen to part ways with her ex, Sam Asghari, after only twelve months together this year.

Now, she's dropping hints about a follow-up book exploring her marriage to Sam and additional details about her time with ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake.

Regarding her attitude towards Sam, the insider revealed that Britney Spears is not out for revenge but wants answers as to why the relationship ended.

However, when it comes to the NSYNC member, she won't be going so easy on him. According to the source, Britney may be more inclined to share her experiences with him since she has been seen as the "bad guy" for quite some time.

Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake

Britney Spears allegedly let it all hang out with her jaw-dropping memoir, reminding readers that the pregnancy she experienced with Justin Timberlake during their teenage romance wasn't part of his plan.

"Justin and I were so in love when this happened," she wrote.

"I had dreams that we would one day have a family together, but not like this, certainly not at such an early age. It was obvious to me that if it were solely up to me, I wouldn't go through with the pregnancy, yet Justin was adamant he did not want to be a dad."

When the book was launched, close sources stated that the "Cry Me A River" singer was taken aback by the criticism he got.

"The publication does not put Justin in a favorable light," the insider commented regarding the former boy bander's reaction.

"He is well conscious of it. Because of this backlash, he has canceled his club appearances, which had been organized to advertise his forthcoming album."
