Britney Spears admitted that she finally realized something was going on.

Spears' fans have been concerned about her mental health after the end of her conservatorship and divorce from Sam Asghari. In a new update, the singer finally acknowledged the worries in a new social media post.

Britney Spears Says "Something's Going On"

The "Toxic" singer revealed in a post on Wednesday, November 9, that she went through a lot of difficulties and traumas while growing up. She also spoke about her memoir "The Woman in Me" which she reportedly started writing two years ago, and the book included the 20 years' worth of hard times.

"Not only was my personal life kept secret, but it felt equivalent to 20 years of hard times that I wrote about in my book!!!" she continued. "Can you imagine a 2007 that lasted for three years that nobody even knows about??? It's over now and I'm incredibly sad about those times!!!"

She then spoke about her fans' concerns before and after her conservatorship.

Per the "Everytime" singer, the public always suspected something was going on. After denying it several times, she said "Britney nerds" were right.

"I don't have time to speak about any of it cause at this particular moment it's beyond comprehension!!!" she continued.

Britney Spears Is In Debt?

The post came after a source said Spears has been facing a mountain of debts due to her spending spree.

"Britney was warned a few months ago that she was running into the red, but she didn't change anything and kept on blowing her cash and now it's happened," a source told The National Enquirer. "She's got a mountain of debts and no money coming in."

Spears has not tour since 2018, though she earned from her book and the music she made with Elton John and will.i.am.

According to the insider, she already spent the $12 million advance payment she received for writing her book. The net profits will reportedly be not enough to cover the deficit and debts she still has.

"But the problem is she doesn't know how things add up. She was never formally educated about money and how it works, and now she's paying a terrible emotional and financial price!" the source continued.
