Hugh Grant told Jimmy Fallon on Tuesday night that he is now a huge fan of Blackpink because of his oldest child, Tabitha.

The sixty-three-year-old actor talked about his admiration for the K-Pop group during his elegant appearance on The Tonight Show.

He was dressed in a black suit and a dark blue tie. Jimmy stated halfway through the interview, "I can say that you are a fan of Blackpink." "I adore Blackpink," Hugh declared with ease.

Jimmy read a July tweet Hugh had written, saying, "Very grateful to three eleven-year-olds for taking me to see @BLACKPINK yesterday." Hugh shared the tweet with the audience.

"Am rabid Blink now. Slept with my heart hammer."

"Blink' is the name given to fans of the K Pop group and the hammer is Blackpink's official concert glow stick, known as Hammer Bong."

"Are you a Blink?" Jimmy asked.

"Now I am, yes." Hugh shamelessly confirmed. "I have a daughter who dragged me to this thing and uh-."

"You didn't want to go," Jimmy interjects.

"Well, it's not automatically a grumpy 63-year-old Englishman's cup of tea, you know, K-pop." Hugh admitted.

"But it was a huge concert in Hyde Park in London and she took me along and what was fascinating - she's a very good girl, you know, she's a very good girl at school, she's a very good girl at home she's marvellous."

'She turned into a raving nutcase. Suddenly, she's got this hammer in her hand, going crazy like this.'

She is suddenly acting irrationally and holding a hammer. Hugh played his daughter hilariously, slamming an imagined hammer around his head.

"It was like The Exorcist!' He exclaimed. 'But, after an hour, I'm-."

Hugh picked up the imaginary hammer again, this time impersonating himself.

"They are talented," Jimmy agrees.

"They're amazing, I love 'em, yeah." Hugh finished.

Felix, Tabitha's 11-year-old younger brother, is the product of Hugh's marriage to Tinglan Hong, the receptionist. John was born in between Felix and Tabitha. Anna Eberstein, Hugh's present wife, is his mother. Both women were pregnant at the same time, as Felix was born barely three months after John.

Meanwhile, in a video broadcast on December 11, tech giant Google revealed that, during the course of Google searches' 25-year existence, K-pop sensations BLACKPINK and BTS have become the most searched boy and girl bands, respectively.

The most recent edition of the Year in Search series honors the 25th anniversary of the search engine, which has grown to be the most popular website globally. With RM, Jimin, V, Jin, Jungkook, Suga, and J-Hope as members, BTS made its debut in 2013. Meanwhile, Jisoo, Rosé, Lisa, and Jennie made their debut as members of BLACKPINK under YG Entertainment in 2016.

The female trio just finished an incredible Born Pink World Tour, which included a great stop in the Philippines. The girl group is also extremely successful worldwide; they hold the records for being the most played female group on Spotify and the most viewed music channel on YouTube.

Apart from Blackpink, Beyoncé was identified by Google as the most searched-for performer, followed by Taylor Swift as the most sought-after songwriter, Tina Turner as the most sought-after rock & roll star, and Rihanna as the most sought-after fashion icon.
