Britney Spears has achieved a literary feat with her memoir, "The Woman In Me," after it surpassed the 2 million copies mark.

Spears' memoir contained bombshell revelations, including those of her interactions with Justin Timberlake, among many others.

According to Gallery Books, the publisher of Britney Spears' memoir, "The Woman In Me," the book has already sold over two million copies in the United States.

The said figure is a combination of the numbers from audiobooks, ebooks, and hardcovers.

"My book has officially sold over 2 million copies in the US!!! Thank you to all the fans who have supported me and my story. Love you All!!!" Britney Spears said in a gleeful statement.

Within the first week since it was released in October 2023, "The Woman In Me," has already sold over 1 million copies. It caused a media frenzy around Britney Spears and revived attention on her relationship with Justin Timberlake.

"It is finally time for me to raise my voice and speak out, and my fans deserve to hear it directly from me," Spears told People Magazine at the time "No more conspiracy, no more lies - just me owning my past, present and future."

"The Woman In Me" became an instant No. 1 New York Times bestselling book, and in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Reports say that the publisher is already on their fifth batch of printing with 1.65 million copies, adding to the 3 million copies of the book in circulation worldwide.

Busy Phillips Urged Michelle Williams To Accept Britney Spears' Memoir Narration

Academy Award-winning actress Michelle Williams narrated parts of Britney Spears' memoir, "The Woman In Me" audiobook. Actress Busy Phillips talked about it in a recent interview with Andy Cohen. (via People Magazine)

"We all - and Michelle even younger than me - we all came up in a very particular time in this industry. That was what the majority of my memoir is about, as young women, and we were subjected to a lot," Phillips shared.

She also revealed that she encouraged Williams to take on the job after she was offered the part.

"I think that there was a lot that was sadly very relatable to all women in Britney's book, but I thought that Michelle doing was just incredible and really beautiful," she added.

Busy Philipps is starring as Mrs. George in the 2024 movie musical adaptation of "Mean Girls: The Musical" as Mrs. George, the mother of diva Regina George.
