Halle Bailey has taken a step back from music to pursue her acting career, and after that, she some more time away to secretly give birth to her first child with her boyfriend DDG.

According to reports, the "The Little Mermaid" star might be reuniting with her sister, Chloe for a musical comeback.

Bailey shared a not-so-cryptic picture of herself in the recording studio, seemingly hinting that she is gearing up to release new music.

Meanwhile, a fan asked about upcoming releases from the duo, to which Chloe immediately replied, "Soon."

Fans could not help but marvel at Bailey's tenacity and ability to bounce back from giving birth, receiving criticism, and more.

"She [snaps] back in Shape like she never just give birth damn," one wrote.

"Hits in the making."

Halle Bailey Welcomes First Child in Secret

According to reports, Bailey recently welcomed her baby, Halo, before New Year's in secret after hiding her pregnancy by wearing flowy dresses and oversized tops.

"even though we're a few days into the new year, the greatest thing that 2023 could have done for me, was bring me my son.. welcome to the world my halo," the "The Color Purple" actress wrote in her Instagram post, sharing the news of her baby.

"the world is desperate to know you," she added.

The news of Bailey welcoming her baby came as no surprise to netizens, who have been hounding the singer slash actress about her pregnancy.

Halle, Chloe Bailey Goes on Hiatus

After releasing their sophomore studio album, the Bailey sisters announced their hiatus to pursue their solo endeavors.

Chloe dropped her debut studio album, "In Pieces," and announced her first solo headlining tour.

Meanwhile, Bailey starred in two feature films and released "Angel," her debut solo single, which was even nominated for a Grammy Award.

The pair have not shared any details regarding their return as a music duo, however, Bailey has already expressed interest in launching her solo music career.

Whatever the Bailey sisters have in store, fans are already lauding them--especially Bailey who just gave birth.

"Ever fall in love again better be what she's cooking," a fan wrote.
