Apparently the former actor decided to make sure that this Christmas was one of his most memorable to date, because he ended up in a jail cell.

    Things have been falling apart fast on this season of ABC's "The View," and the network is scrambling to figure out what to do to get the fiasco under control. Whatever personal turmoil might have originally existed between Whoopi Goldberg and Rosie O'Donnell has now spilled out while they are on-camera, and last week's shouting match took the discord to a whole new level of hostility. The brass is desperate to put together a trouble-shooting game plan, and it seems like they have already given up on the current season and are looking ahead. Rumor has it they are hoping to woo Barbara Walters back to the show to get things back under control. According to a report by Radar Online, ABC is ready and more than willing to write off this season if it thinks it can put out a better product beginning next fall. "They've been talking about just letting it run its course this season and bringing it back with Barbara and a new panel in the fall. They've talked about how to creatively bring her back and maybe use a little comedy, like it was all just a bad dream," says the source.

    Several weeks ago we heard about how Teresa Giudice was rumored to be ironing out the details in order to launch a cooking show once she finishes serving her 15-month prison term for financial crimes. The former star of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" is trying to figure out how to provide for her four daughters later on as well as in the immediate future. One thing is for certain, her shady husband Joe Giudice will likely be of much financial help. It seems, though, that at least for now Bravo has opted to sever ties with the reality star, so she has had to get a bit creative. Glam.com offered her an online cooking show, and Giudice jumped at the chance. Her first episode of "Haute Hostess" is online now and features Giudice making shrimp and pasta from her cookbook "Fabulicious." Throughout her years on "RHONJ," it was always insinuated that Giudice rarely cooks, so peddling her books is just about as fraudulent as everything else she has done to make some fast cash. A few years ago, when Giudice's fan base was huge, the idea of a Web cooking show would have taken off like crazy, but now not so much. There is little doubt that she is hoping that "Haute Hostess" will be an online hit and that it will make Bravo's executives reconsider whether or not to take another chance on her.

Once he took over as her official manager, though, her schedule actually ended up getting busier instead of lighter. According to a report by Radar Online, the couple has been fighting a lot because their time together is limited, but when it happens West only wants to talk about business. Once again, Kardashian is left feeling like the marriage she agreed to is nothing like what she had hoped for. She has said that her recent "Paper" cover shoot was to show off how confident she is feeling and that it was also kind of a last hurrah before getting pregnant again.

They don't like Chad, but she's already been through one painful divorce and they don't want to see her going through another unless there's no other option. Also, she and Chad haven't been married that long so her friends want her to make sure she's given it every chance before pulling the plug. Her career isn't in the best place and she's trying to figure out what she wants for her future. She's trying to write music and she paints, but her life is in limbo. Motherhood is something she really wants for herself. So this thing with Chad, it's going to go one of two ways. Either they're going to get rid of each other or there's a shot they might try to have a baby to save the marriage. My bet is they end up splitting." Uh-oh — a band-aid baby to try and save a relationship usually seems to have the opposite effect on a couple. We have heard about so many celebrity couples that thought that maybe things would improve if they started a family, but in the end it just gives them one more thing to disagree on: parenting.
