    Is it time for Sarah Jessica Parker to return to the small screen on a regular basis? Well, 10 years after the popular "Sex and the City" ended its six-year run on HBO, Parker is ready to do television again. She is also close to inking a new deal that would bring her back to HBO, the pay channel that was home to "SATC." The show that has sparked Parker's interest in returning to television is a comedy called Divorce. According to "The Hollywood Reporter": "'Divorce' centers on a middle-aged woman (Parker), who, influenced by her two recently single friends, impulsively brings up the idea of divorce with her husband but then can't decide whether to actually go through with it — until her husband discovers the affair she's been having and calls the marriage off." Parker would not only star in the potential half-hour show, but she would also serve as an executive producer alongside Sharon Horgan, Paul Simms, Alison Benson and Aaron Kaplan. The project itself must be well-done for Parker to even consider doing it because, inevitably, her potential work here would be compared to that of "SATC."

It must have been an interesting moment when she first realized that Montana was just a few feet away! According to Hollywood Life, the former couple was seated tables apart for dinner and they acknowledged each other, but there was no reconnecting. In the past, even when they had called things off we have seen Kardashian and Montana gravitate toward one another. The fact that it did not happen at 1 Oak seems to indicate that they may really be finished for good. In recent weeks, she seems to have had a bit of a wake-up call, and instead of running from her feelings and mess, Kardashian is ready to face her demons, beginning with her pending divorce from Lamar Odom. She has just a few short weeks to either proceed with requesting a no-fault divorce or else her whole divorce petition could be dismissed. Montana was probably a good and fun distraction for a while, but now even Kardashian realizes it is crunch time.

Unfortunately, behind the scenes De Laurentiis has reportedly been cheating for years. "After an amicable separation since July, Todd and I have decided to end our marriage. Although our decision to separate comes with a great deal of sadness, our focus on the future and overwhelming desire for our family's happiness has given us the strength to move forward on separate, yet always connected paths. Todd and I share a beautiful daughter and a lifetime of great memories that we both treasure more than anything. We are so thankful for our friends and family, and really appreciate the support in this time of change," said the official statement by the chef. According to a report by Radar Online, she was actually caught cheating with John Mayer in fall 2010. The two had reportedly met years earlier, but saw each other again in the Boom Boom Room at The Standard in New York City. The source claims that as soon as they saw each other, they left the room moments apart and were caught intertwined together. Supposedly they left to go to a different hotel together.

Compton-Rock issued a kind of weird statement that referenced her work while confirming the split, then we heard she has been keeping the couple's two daughters from Rock and, well, this is starting to sound pretty messy. Rock reportedly filed official documents in a New Jersey court to dissolve the marriage last Tuesday, Dec. 23, and according to a report by TMZ it matters to him that people know it was his decision to pull the plug on the relationship. He is also pushing for joint custody while Compton-Rock is reportedly looking for sole custody of their children. Sources close to Rock have said that he is a great and an involved father, so much so that even while promoting his current movie, "Top Five," his work schedule had to be built around taking his daughters to school and then picking them up later in the day. That hardly sounds like the kind of guy you cut out of your kids's lives, and it kind of feels like she is trying to use the kids as a way to punish Rock, doesn't it?

All sorts of rumors and innuendo spread, but finally Mel B spoke up on social media, insisting all is well. It had been alleged that Belafonte is abusive, a claim that has even been made by Mel B's mother, and that when she returned to work on "The X Factor" she had several noticeable bruises on her. On Instagram Sunday, Dec. 28, she posted a photo of herself with her husband that was captioned, "This is for my fans havin problems with my Twitter will be back soon! I'm very good was very polly but much better now and for the record my hubby never would lay a hand on me sorry took so long but any response fuels rumors #lovemyfamily #lovemyfans." There were also rumors that Mel B's hospitalization was because of an accidental overdose and afterward she reportedly was afraid to leave London because she was dreading having to return to the States to deal with things with Belafonte.

In a conversation with her mother on last night's episode of "RHOA," Parks admitted she was anxious for Nida to report to jail in Kentucky. "I won't have to be worried about all his nonsense, wondering what's going on with him, has he wrecked something, has he got in trouble somewhere?" said Parks.

Because so much time has passed without a formal response, Kardashian can go ahead and file a request for a default divorce. Sources close to the reality star were not sure if she was going to actually do that, but now it seems Kardashian is ready to take whatever steps necessary to divorce her ex.

Supposedly, three different specialists have told Kardashian that conceiving again might be a long shot at best. Sadly, she and West believed that since getting pregnant with North was so easy, then adding to the family would be a breeze. Instead, Kardashian has had no choice but to deal with whatever medical condition it is that makes conception difficult. Kim is not the only one in her family to struggle with fertility, though. Khloé Kardashian seemed to spend the majority of her marriage to Lamar Odom trying to unsuccessfully start a family.

That actually makes sense because we have heard for months now that he ultimately wants to move the family to France and make it their primary residence next year. Since he loves the City of Lights so much he likely would want to spend holidays there as well.

    Mel B — real name Melanie Brown — has been living a real nightmare these past few weeks, and up until now it has been unclear which of the swirling rumors have actually been true. Speculation as to the status of Mel B's health began last week when she missed a live taping of the British version of "The X Factor," and while she returned to film the next night, she had visible bruises all over her upper body, leading many to wonder what had happened. At the same time, news leaked that Mel B had separated from her husband Stephen Belafonte and there was speculation that the relationship had turned violent. Now some sources close to the former Spice Girl are speaking out, claiming that she actually suffered an accidental overdose. According to Radar Online, Mel B "was hospitalized because she mixed tranquilizers, including Xanax, with alcohol. It was absolutely accidental, and not intentional. She wasn't suicidal, but the pressure of being back in London brought a lot of unresolved issues to the surface concerning being estranged from [her] mother, Andrea, and the rest of her family. While Mel has been given medical clearance to return, she feels extremely vulnerable ... a lot has gone down in just a short period of time. She has been paralyzed with fear for the past week living in the hotel, and the British press has been relentless in covering the story." Apparently, Mel's mother has claimed that Belafonte is abusive and her statements only fueled the rumors in the press. While he has denied all allegations, some of Belafonte's remarks in the press have made light of the situation. It is obvious that his wife is struggling a great deal and he has not exactly appeared to care much.
