Actor Emile Hirsch pled guilty on Monday (Aug. 17) in Salt Lake City, UT to the Jan. 25 assault of female Paramount Digital VP, Daniele Bernfeld. The incident took place at a nightclub during the Sundance Film Festival. Hirsh will serve 15 days behind bars. -

So much for that insider statement the other day about Emile Hirsch being the nicest guy on Earth -- or maybe he is, as long as he stays sober. Unfortunately, while partying at the Sundance Film Festival last weekend, the actor was accused of getting into a physical, drunken altercation with a woman that ended when the police were called. It also reportedly was not some accidental scuffle either because the actor at one point had Dani Bernfield, a Paramount exec, in a headlock. -
Emile Hirsch Accused of Assaulting Paramount Executive at Sundance
It looks like 29-year-old Emile Hirsch may have gotten himself into a bit of trouble this past weekend. The actor, who has been in Park City, Utah, for the Sundance Film Festival to promote his upcoming film "Ten Thousand Saints," reportedly got into some sort of physical altercation with a female executive from Paramount.
