Broods have been one of 2014's finest revelations. The brother-sister duo have exploded onto the scene in the U.S. and their native New Zealand. They have drawn comparisons to the pop queen of New Zealand and have earned praise from Lorde for their elegant synth pop and excellent song writing. They just completed a sold-out U.S. tour supporting six-time Grammy-nominated Sam Smith and are coming back again. In 2015 they will be the headliners, going on a 22-date spring tour that will land in Los Angeles, Portland, Denver, Chicago, New York, Austin and everywhere in between. We had a chance to speak with Caleb Knott, one half of the Broods, in the fall about touring in the United States. "People [in America] are really enthusiastic, which I really like. The fans are probably the best here. They make you feel the most special. They're really into it ... It's really easy to play American crowds because they give you so much back."
