• All 10 Seasons of 'Friends' Available on Netflix

New Year's Day is here, and what better way to spend it than binge-watching a favorite new show or, better yet, an old one? Fans of "Friends" are no doubt hunkering down for a marathon today because the popular sitcom staple of the 1990s has begun streaming on Netflix. Not only has the SVOD company acquired all 10 seasons, but it also has several lost episodes that have never been seen anywhere before. Apparently, near the end of the series's original run, scenes were filmed that featured Rachel (Jennifer Aniston) and Joey (Matt LeBlanc) actually giving romance a try. While producers eventually decided to keep them as platonic roommates, those alternate scenes exist and Netflix viewers will get to see them. It is not like the show has been completely under wraps since ending in 2004. It garnered an average 20 million viewers for each of the 10 years that it ran on NBC, meaning it has been golden in the land of syndication. TBS currently runs episodes nearly every day and so do several local affiliates across the country.
  • Jennifer Aniston Wraps Up a Great Year, Could Care Less About Paparazzi

Jennifer Aniston might easily be wrapping up the most satisfying year of her career. Sure, she has made no apologies for loving all those years she spent playing Rachel Green on "Friends," but this year has been different. She took a risk by playing a stripped-down, chronic pain sufferer in the indie film "Cake," and the critical acclaim has come. She has already been nominated for an SAG and a Golden Globe for that performance, and many are anticipating an Oscar nod as well. While she cares about all the award buzz enough to have hired someone to guide her through it, she could care less about the paparazzi. Aniston recently did an interview with Yahoo Beauty's Bobbi Brown and explained how, when it comes to dealing with photographers chasing her, she now chooses not to give it much thought at all. "The truth is you just go, 'If they get a picture, that picture comes and goes, so who cares?' Then you have 30 mean people who sit at their computers and spend their entire day picking apart and insulting celebrities about how ugly they are just so they can feel better — I guess — about themselves. I don't understand it," said Aniston.
  • Anderson Cooper, Andy Cohen Almost Dated Years Ago

It is always interesting when CNN's Anderson Cooper turns up on "Watch What Happens: Live," the late-night chatfest with Andy Cohen. The men are known to be pretty decent friends and there has been speculation over the years that perhaps they have dated. This time around, Cooper decided to tell the story about why they have never actually gone out on a date. According to Cooper, it almost happened, as a mutual friend did try to set them up. "When we were set up ... we had a phone call to talk before we actually went out on a date. And I don't know how, but both of us sort of decided, based on that one phone call, We're not going to go on a date. I don't remember what it was," said the silver fox.
  • Usually Festive Richard Simmons Still MIA: Friends Worry About His State of Mind

Where in the world is Richard Simmons? That seems to be the question on the minds of all those who were once close to the legendary fitness guru. We recently told you that there have been rumors about Simmons's health and state of mind because the once-extremely outgoing and energetic guy we all recognized has gone completely radio silent. He has stopped attending charity events, has not been to his studio in Beverly Hills in months and now even his gated home looks to have been abandoned. According to a report by TMZ, Simmons's home is usually all decked out for the holidays, but not this year. Instead, it barely seems like anyone is living there. Several weeks ago there were reports that a combination of things have knocked Simmons down for the count. Supposedly, a beloved pet died and he has a knee injury that has scared him. Simmons is said to be completely terrified of having any kind of surgery, and he is actually putting off having a knee replacement. Without it, his physical abilities are limited, which means the fitness expert is a shadow of the man we all expect him to be, and that could easily have triggered major depression.
  • Nicole Richie Raises Eyebrows and Ignites Eating Disorder Rumors by Wearing Her 6-Year Old Daughter Harlow's Coat

Nicole Richie has been grabbing headlines because of her weight for the better part of a decade now. Sure, she may have started off as Paris Hilton's reality show side kick, but Richie pretty quickly proved that she actually wanted to do something with her life. Her House of Harlow brand has helped to morph Richie into a solid and well-respected business woman that also juggles a young family. Unfortunately it seems like the media often gauges the real status of Richie's life on how skinny she is and the young mom may have handed them ammo with a photo that she posted.
  • Jennifer Aniston Nominated for SAG Award for Role in 'Cake'

It looks like all that buzz surrounding Jennifer Aniston's performance in "Cake" is not for nothing because this morning the actress found herself on the short list of Outstanding Lead Actress contenders for the SAG Awards. It is a huge deal for Aniston just to be nominated after years of floundering in the rom-com zone. Now her name is being spoken among the likes of Julianne Moore, Reese Witherspoon, Rosamund Pike and Felicity Jones, all fellow SAG nominees this year. This time around Aniston embraced a totally different kind of character and tackled the role of chronic pain sufferer Claire Bennett with a real openness that has won her rave reviews since "Cake" first previewed in early September. In fact, it was the overwhelmingly positive response to it that prompted producers to rush to get it out this year, making it eligible for this current awards cycle rather than risking it getting lost at the beginning of next year's films. No one is likely more surprised by this nomination than Aniston herself. In recent weeks she has gotten a bit giddy just thinking about the fact that people were mentioning that "Cake" could be award-worthy. The actual nomination probably means almost as much as taking home the trophy would for the woman who, at least up until now, has been best known for her role as Rachel Green on "Friends."
  • Jennifer Aniston's 'Cake' Shut Out of Independent Spirit Award Nods

This is supposed to be Jennifer Aniston's year. She decided to get really brave and un-pretty for her new role in Cake, in which she plays a depressed chronic pain sufferer. It is actually exactly the kind of part she needed to take in order to prove that she could portray someone other than a character similar to Rachel Green from "Friends" on the big screen. Aniston has won over audiences that have already seen her new indie flick — so much so that Oscar buzz has been swirling like crazy around her. That is why it comes as a semi-shock that Cake did not grab even a single nomination for the 2015 Independent Spirit Awards. The list of nominations was released yesterday, and Aniston was not in it. The Independent Spirit Awards nomination list is what technically kicks off awards season, and everything from this point on is just another step toward Oscar. Aniston, after months of Hollywood invisibility, has really been hitting the bricks to promote Cake. She has even shown up for various parties that are considered necessary to attend if you want the Academy to take you seriously.
  • 'The Vampire Diaries' Set Just Got Messier As Nina Dobrev is Rumored to Be Dating Ian Somerhalder's Good Friend Mark Foster

Fans of "The Vampire Diaries' were crushed when costars Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder officially split last year after enjoying a long romance. It was another of those situations where fans really invested in the couple and hated the thoughts of them going separate ways. In fact, for a long time stories would pop up in the press that seemed to insinuate that there might be hope for a Somerhalder and Dobrev reconciliation. Last summer all of that was crushed when he started dating Nikki Reed, very publicly.
  • Jennifer Aniston Flattered by Oscar Buzz Surrounding Her Upcoming Role in 'Cake'

The New York City premiere of "Cake" on Sunday was just one more joyous stop on Jennifer Aniston's recent whirlwind of positive press junkets. Her latest flick is an Indie gem about a grieving woman who is also suffering from chronic pain and for the first time in her life, Aniston's performance is worthy of Oscar buzz. The consensus is that, not only is "Cake" that good, but so is the actress' appearance in it.
  • Steve Burton Signs on for Another Year with 'The Young & the Restless'

Fans of "The Young & the Restless" will be thrilled to learn that Steve Burton has decided to extend his contract with the show for another year. Burton first began appearing as Dylan McAvoy in January 2013 and fans were a bit surprised when he decided to extend his contract late last year because the character had yet to really gel with audiences. Obviously, Burton seems to be in it for the long haul and is really enjoying his work on the sudser.
