• Miley Cyrus, Linda Perry Song "Hands Of Love" in 'Freeheld' Movie Trailer

Miley Cyrus has released new song "Hands Of Love," written by former 4 Non Blondes member Linda Perry, which makes an appearance in the trailer for the new film 'Freehold.' 'Freehold' stars Ellen Page and Oscar Winner Julianne Moore, who portray lesbian couple Stacie Andree and Laurel Hester, who were denied spousal pension benefits in New Jersey when police officer Hester fell ill with terminal cancer and then fought the county officials to obtain benefits.
  • Oscars '15: 'Birdman,' Julianne Moore, Eddie Redmayne Win Big on Hollywood's Flashiest Night

The 87th annual Oscars may not have been loaded with surprises in terms of winners, but there were still some really amazing moments among some of the already anticipated results. 'Birdman' was thought to have a leading edge on this night when smaller and more artistic and creative films seemed to be preferred. It took home four awards in all, including the coveted Academy Award for Best Picture. 'Birdman's' director, Alejandro González Iñárritu, also won and the film snagged best screenplay. Other big winners at the 2015 event were Eddie Redmayne and Julianne Moore.
  • Tina Fey, Amy Poehler Shock Us; George Clooney Delivers Memorable Speech at Golden Globes

Did you tune in to the 2015 Golden Globes last night, Jan. 11? Aside from the obvious awards being handed out, there are usually a bunch of moments that, let's face it, sometimes are more memorable than anything else about the show itself. This morning there are a handful of things people are talking about, like George Clooney. First, he and new wife Amal Clooney brought some of that old Hollywood glamour to the red carpet, and then he accepted his award by praising his wife. Clooney said he has waited his whole life — all 53 years of it — to find the love he now has. Aside from being gracious, acknowledging the people in France who refuse to walk in fear, Clooney also gave hope to everyone out there who has yet to find real love. The show also started with a real kick by Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, who went there — and by "there" I mean the Bill Cosby scandal. Their bit about putting "the pills in the people" sent a momentary shockwave through the room before everyone actually reacted. Is it cool to make fun of the guy who helped NBC skyrocket to No. 1 so many years ago? Is it OK for women to make sideways rape jokes? Who knows, but Fey and Poehler went there and, let's face it, Cosby was the proverbial elephant in the room until they did. There is always one F-bomb, right? Kevin Spacey dropped it last night after winning Outstanding Lead Actor for his work on "House of Cards." It was his eighth nomination and first win, so we could not really blame him for being shocked to actually be holding that trophy! Chrissy Teigen's cry face has given the Twitterverse a new meme to work with this week. She was completely overcome with happy tears when her husband John Legend won the Golden Globe for Best Song.
  • Jennifer Aniston Nominated for SAG Award for Role in 'Cake'

It looks like all that buzz surrounding Jennifer Aniston's performance in "Cake" is not for nothing because this morning the actress found herself on the short list of Outstanding Lead Actress contenders for the SAG Awards. It is a huge deal for Aniston just to be nominated after years of floundering in the rom-com zone. Now her name is being spoken among the likes of Julianne Moore, Reese Witherspoon, Rosamund Pike and Felicity Jones, all fellow SAG nominees this year. This time around Aniston embraced a totally different kind of character and tackled the role of chronic pain sufferer Claire Bennett with a real openness that has won her rave reviews since "Cake" first previewed in early September. In fact, it was the overwhelmingly positive response to it that prompted producers to rush to get it out this year, making it eligible for this current awards cycle rather than risking it getting lost at the beginning of next year's films. No one is likely more surprised by this nomination than Aniston herself. In recent weeks she has gotten a bit giddy just thinking about the fact that people were mentioning that "Cake" could be award-worthy. The actual nomination probably means almost as much as taking home the trophy would for the woman who, at least up until now, has been best known for her role as Rachel Green on "Friends."
