    The past few months have definitely been rough for former 'The View' co-host, Rosie O'Donnell, after her daughter Chelsea was reported missing, then later found; and the custody battle between she and ex-wife Michelle Rounds, over her youngest daughter Dakota, has gotten ugly. But even despite all the back and forth between the two regarding the legal issue, O'Donnell still managed to be there for Rounds during her recent suicide attempt, stopping a tragedy and saving her life.

    Hollywood custody battles seem to end up getting ugly more often than not and if what we're hearing is true, then Rosie O'Donnell may have just blown her fight for her two-year-old adopted daughter. Earlier this year she announced her split from Michelle Rounds after nearly three years of marriage and the women were then left fighting over their daughter, Dakota. Rounds had alleged that O'Donnell did drugs and drank nightly in her bid for full custody and apparently she was on to something because it seems that O'Donnell did indeed recently fail a drug test!

As their custody battle continues to heat up, Rounds had asked the court to make O'Donnell submit to random drug testing but after a hearing earlier this week, the request was denied.

Rounds has filed for sole custody and also has requested that O'Donnell be subjected to random drug testing. Unfortunately, it seems that little was resolved because Rounds opted to sit out the hearing, claiming that the toddler in question was sick.
