Now, Beyoncé can be put down as 'The Big Lebowski' super fan. As if sampling a French dub of Maude Lebowski's feminist monologue in her successful track "Partition" wasn't enough, the 34-year-old singer, along with Jay-Z, leased the $45 million mansion that was home to the movie's fictional character, Jeffrey Lebowski. Reportedly, they are paying around $150,000 a month for the property. -
Jeff Bridges Releases Ambient Album 'Sleeping Tapes'
Actor Jeff Bridges is no stranger to the music community. He won an Academy Award for his portrayal of a country singer in the film "Crazy Heart" and has even released two country albums, but his latest project is something that pretty much nobody expected. According to "The Wall Street Journal," Bridges has released an album of ambient music titled "Sleeping Tapes" and, as its name suggests, it is designed to help its listeners fall asleep -- that is the album cover above.
