    Jan Adams responded to Kanye West's plans to use his mugshot as the cover of the rapper's upcoming album. Adams was the surgeon who had operated on West's mom, Donda, a day before she died in 2007.
  • Kanye West 'Yeezus' Collaborator King Louie in the Hospital, Reportedly Shot in the Head

    King Louie, a Chicago based rapper and Kanye West collaborator, has reportedly been shot in the head. The artist's real name is Louis Johnson Jr. He was featured on the Yeezus album song "Send It Up," which helped to cement the word "Chiraq" into the hip-hop vocabulary. Ironically, "Chiraq" refers to the gun violence that occurs on Chicago streets on a daily basis.

    Icelandic avant-pop legend Björk is currently hard at work on her new album, and though it has yet to be given a title or release date, this morning it was revealed that the 49-year-old singer-songwriter has been collaborating with British electronic artist Bobby Krlic, a.k.a. The Haxan Cloak, on the album. This news came from Krlic himself, who revealed through his Twitter account that he has been working with Björk over the last several months.
