    Chance The Rapper has grown from a local Chicago rapper with a strong internet following to a star that tours the world and just became the first independent artist to perform on Saturday Night Live. Now he is using his status as an influencer to try and impact his community in a positive way, by helping to launch a charitable initiative that will donate coats the homeless in his city.

    Arkansas festival Wakarusa has announced that it won't be returning for a 2016 session. Promoters Pipeline Productions say they were "significantly damaged by partners claiming to share our vision" and this is why they won't be going ahead with the festival in 2016. The 2015 iteration featured acts like Big Gigantic, The Roots, Thievery Corporation, Young The Giant, Major Lazer, Chance The Rapper and STS9 as some of their marquee bookings.
