    U2 cancelled its previously planned residency on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon after frontman Bono suffered a debilitating bicycle accident last year, however the band came back in a big way for several sketches on an episode last week. One featured the band, in disguise, playing its classic "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" in a subway station at Grand Central Station, one of the busiest transport hubs in New York City. Passerby didn't pay much heed until the band shed its costumes (which weren't very good to begin with) and played "Desire." U2 took part in a long musical tradition known as busking, or playing in a public space, generally for cash tips from those standing by (U2 didn't ask for money of course).   • Migos' Offset Denied Bond, Shouted Obsenities at Judge While Leaving Courtroom

    Migos' Offset, real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus, will be staying in jail for a little while longer after he was denied bond at a hearing Friday. The Assistant District Attorney Barclay Black argued that due to Offset's past criminal history that includes drug violations, burglary and criminal street gang activity and the current charges that he faces, Cephus should be denied bond. The judge agreed and the decision was handed down. As Offset was being led out of the courtroom, the visibly upset rapper according to local reports, yelled profanities at the judge.

    In an agreement with Legendary Pictures, Jimi Hendrix's estate closed a deal for an official biopic detailing the life and capturing the passion of the guitar legend. Paul Greengrass of United 93 and Captain Phillips is in talks to direct the film with a script penned by Scott Silver.

    New York City DJ and radio host, DJ Clue, real name Ernest D Shaw Jr, has shared his first mixtape in three years and he is not messing around with the features. Clue became known in the late-1990s with his mixtapes when they weren't available for digital download. His new effort, Banned From CD Part 1, brings on brand new music from the likes of French Montana, Yo Gotti, Meek Mill, Migos and many others.

    We told you the other day that the Kardashian's have a two-part special coming up that will focus completely on their reaction to Bruce Jenner's transformation into a woman. About Bruce will air on E! on May 17 and 18th and it will feature all sorts of conversations between Jenner and the rest of his blended family. This special is reportedly being handled by Kris Jenner and it will obviously be aimed at making the family look empathetic towards Jenner's new change in appearance and lifestyle. Executive producer, Ryan Seacrest is now saying that this special contains some heavy duty emotional content from various family members.

    Major Lazer continue to release new music as the electronic dancehall trio prepare for the release of their upcoming album Peace Is The Mission. The "Lean On" group have been airing their FXX Cartoon, Major Lazer each Thursday night as part of the network's Animation Domination programming block. They created a soundtrack for the show and have premiered new bits of music within each episode. The latest track to get its worldwide debut is the RiFF RAFF-assisted "2 Cups (Double Cup Theme)." To aid the release, Major Lazer unveiled a short music video to go along with the piece that if you have been following along with the TV show, is as trippy as you might expect.
