It doesn't seem, based on Cube's commentary, that Dr. Dre will not be involved however MC Ren and DJ Yella will take part, as well as special appearances from Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar and ScHoolboy Q. -

James Hetfield and Kirk Hammett of Metallica stopped b the X Games in Austin Texas on Saturday to perform a heavy take on "The Star-Spangeled Banner." Hammett took the lead during the instrumental rendition of the national anthem while Hetfield fulfilled his supporting role with power chords and harmonies. -

Former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher and The Who's Roger Daltrey are apparently forming a supergroup for a television performance this week, according to reports from British publications. TFI Friday, an entertainment show broadcast in the UK during the late '90s, is coming back for a one-off reunion episode and has booked a number of big musical guests, not the least of which is the unnamed collaboration of the vocalists for two of the biggest bands in British history. -
'Fun Home' and 'The King and I' Win Big, Josh Groban Performs at Tony Awards
'Fun Home,' 'The Curious Incident of The Dog in The Night Time' and 'The King and I' were among the big winners at last night's Tony Awards, taking home prizes for the best theatre in New York. The first of those plays, which won the night's "big" big award for Best Musical, was the first in the history of the show to win that prize and be written entirely by women. Jeanine Tesori and Lisa Kron wrote the hit, which focuses on a daughter and an in-the-closet father dealing with their homosexuality, also focusing on the funeral home they run. -
