'LHH' Mendeecees Harris Headed to Prison After Pleading Guilty to Drug Trafficking
Fans of Love & Hip Hop NY have been wondering for the last year whatever became of that drug trafficking case that left Mendeecees Harris locked up for more than a year until Yandy Smith was finally able to bail out her man last spring. Harris was originally charged with running a drug ring between NYC and Rochester from 2005-2012 with his brother, Tyrus Harris and good friend, Ronald Walker. Both have plead guilty to the charges and as of now, Walker is serving 10 years in federal prison. While Harris has maintained his innocence since being released on bail, he recently struck a deal with prosecutors that was hinged on him entering a guilty plea. -

The former Beatle confirmed Friday that he would be playing the Wells Fargo Center on June 21st, his first appearance in the city since 2010. -

Lil Wayne's tour bus was shot at last night in Atlanta after a concert at the Compound nightclub. According to local reports, Cobb police say the bus was shot at, but no bullets managed to strike the vehicle. As of this morning, there are no suspects in the shooting. -

Damon Dash is having more problems in the fashion world as the hip-hop entrepreneur filed as summons in the New York Supreme Court against ex-wife Rachel Roy for "grossly mismanaging" Royale Etenia, the fashion business the pair once ran together. The clothing line has (according to Billboard) been worn by notable names such as Michelle Obama, Kim Kardashian and Tyra Banks.
