Jack White Singles Discovered Inside Furniture After Being Hidden for 10 Years
If you think Jack White's penchant for quirky, vinyl releases started with his solo career in the last few years, then you are way off. In the early 2000s, White and his friend Brian Muldoon played together in a duo known as The Upholsterers — named for their actual profession at the time — but instead of releasing their second single in a traditional manner, they decided to press just 100 copies and sew them into 100 pieces of furniture that Muldoon was reupholstering in 2004 without telling the owners of the furniture. Though it would be fair to assume that this story was just Jack White doing some self-mythologizing, Third Man Records claims that two of the 100 singles have recently been discovered. In celebration of the single's discovery, White has shared the cover artwork, which was created by Detroit artist Gordon Newton. You can check out the eerie single cover here: -

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West at War Over Where to Spend Christmas
It is starting to seem like Kim Kardashian's life with Kanye West is little more than a series of fights that carry on from one day to the next. The couple has barely been married for more than six months, and it seems that there is rarely any good news leaking out about them! We already know they were apart for Thanksgiving, with West opting to be in Paris rather than enjoying a big meal with his wife's family. Now it seems that Christmas is turning into an ugly battle as well.Fans of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" already know that once the holidays roll around, Kris Jenner traditionally pulls out all the stops. No matter what trouble is brewing between family members, everything seems to be shelved in favor of celebrating together. Kardashian is fully intending to spend Christmas at Jenner's home and she wants little North West to be able to enjoy the holiday with her cousins, Kourtney Kardashian's kids.Unfortunately, West has a totally different plan in mind. He wants to spend the holiday in Paris with his wife and daughter, where he can celebrate without Jenner's inevitable chaos and also get some work done. According to Radar Online, Kardashian is refusing to spend Christmas anywhere but at home together with her entire family. So far she is not considering a trip to Paris, and sources say that in Kardashian's mind it is not even an option. -
The Seven Most Expensive Guitars Ever: Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Bob Marley and More Bring in Millions
Ten years ago on this date, a red Gibson SG was sold at auction for $570,000 at auction in New York City. As you can imagine, there was a story behind the value: George Harrison had used it during the recording of The Beatles' Revolver and John Lennon later sued the guitar while recording The White Album. Remarkably, that's far from the most that's ever been paid for a guitar at auction. In fact, seven six-strings have brought in more. -
Boston Bombing Suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Makes Brief Court Appearance as Trial Begins in January
Thursday morning, Dec. 18, marked the first time in more than a year that Dzokhar Tsarnaev stood before a federal judge in a Boston courtroom. He was asked to appear in person so it could be put on the record that he is satisfied with his representation ahead of his trial, which is scheduled to begin Jan. 5. The last time Tsarnaev was seen in public was when he pled not guilty to at least 30 charges in a terrorism indictment that was in connection to the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing that killed three people and injured 260.As it stands now, Tsarnaev's trial is set to begin in a few weeks and is expected to last between three and five months. While Massachusetts no longer has the death penalty on the table, Tsarnaev is facing federal charges, which do carry death as a possible punishment. Insiders seem to believe that even if the 21-year-old is sentenced to death, it is unlikely he will ever be executed. -

Fox News Disses Jay-Z, Jon Stewart and 'The Daily Show' Come to Hova's Defense [WATCH]
Fox News committed a big foul when it dissed Jay-Z recently and brought up the rapper's past as a drug dealer. Sean Hannity took issue with Hova's inclusion in a meeting with New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to discuss justice system issues in the wake of the Eric Garner decision. Jon Stewart and members of "The Daily Show," as usual, did not understand the reasoning and decided to fire some satirical shots at the news organization, "Consequence of Sound" notes.Hannity shortened Jay-Z's entire résumé to being "a guy who sold crack, was a drug dealer and actually shot somebody," citing an excerpt from the rapper's book.Hova left that lifestyle long ago, as pretty much everyone in America knows, but that was not enough for Fox News. "Daily Show" correspondent Jessica Williams explains it perfectly in the clip below."Hova has done quite a few other things since his dealing days. You would think that'd impress people on Fox, because we all know how much they like to preach to black folks about responsibility, self-improvement and what's wrong with the black community," she says. -

Paul McCartney Talks Ringo Starr's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Honor on 'The Tonight Show' While Jimmy Fallon Does Impressions [WATCH]
Ringo Starr was recently announced as one of the members of 2015's Rock and Roll Hall of Fame class. He is the last Beatle to be inducted into the institution as a solo act. Paul McCartney, who was inducted as a solo act in 1999, had the pleasure of breaking the news to his bandmate, "Rolling Stone" reports. Macca also stopped by "The Tonight Show" to talk about his pal's recent honor. Jimmy Fallon took it as a chance to try all his Beatles impressions."I was talking to a friend and he said 'Brian Epstein is getting inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.' I said 'That's great, because he's the Beatles manager,'" McCartney says in the video below. "He says, 'Yeah, but Ringo's not in yet.' I said, 'Whoa. Wait a minute. We can't have that ...' Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, you got to put Ringo in. He's very famous."Starr's 2015 classmates include Green Day, Lou Reed, Joan Jett and The Blackhearts, Stevie Ray Vaughn and Bill Withers.McCartney also told Fallon that his favorite solo tracks by his former drummer are "Back Off Boogaloo" and "It Don't Come Easy" — he seems like he is about to say "Photograph" before Fallon cuts him off. Fallon jumped at the opportunity to show off his impressions of the Fab Four, nailing Starr, McCartney and John Lennon before fumbling through George Harrison.
