    It has come time for Justin Bieber to pay the piper - or rather his neighbor. According to Billboard, the pop star was ordered by the Los Angeles Superior Court to complete five days of community service, attend 12 anger management sessions and pay $80,900 to repair damage to his neighbor's Calabasas home, which he got in trouble for egging earlier this year and was charged with one count of misdemeanor vandalism.
