• Will Justin Hartley's Performance on 'Y&R' Live Up to the Gauntlet Thrown Down by Michael Muhney?

Adam Newman finally returned to "The Young & the Restless" canvas last week by way of Justin Hartley's portrayal. While the character is not fully back in the Genoa City mix, Hartley has had enough interactive scenes to give viewers a feel for what is to come. The actor took over the role, which was recast after Michael Muhney was fired late last year amid a storm of controversy, knowing that he may have a bit of an uphill battle when it comes to winning over fans.Muhney's performance on "Y&R" kept longtime fans glued to their televisions, and after his last scenes finally aired this past January the show's ratings plummeted. Muhney's fans were vocal about how they were not going to support the show once he left it, and then they appeared to back up those words with action. Part of the issue was that Muhney was fired due to allegations of sexual harassment, and then not only were charges not filed, but "Y&R" actually considered rehiring him this past summer, leading many to believe he should never have been cut in the first place.

  • Willow and Jaden Smith's Wacky 'New York Times' Interview: Will Smith's Kids Talk Prana Energy, Music Together

Jaden and Willow Smith's new interview with "The New York Times" is quotable, insightful and, at times, a little crazy. The two offspring of actor/rapper Will Smith have a lot to say about life, but they say it in a way that is fit for someone older and wiser. In the four years since "Whip My Hair," it seems Willow has been studying some really interesting stuff."When I look back I think, 'Wow, I did so much for young black girls and girls around the world. Telling them that they can be themselves and to not be afraid to be themselves,'" the 14-year-old said. "And I'm doing that now but in a whole different way, coming from [a] source [of] energy and universal truths."The two discussed their creative processes and how Jaden likes to piece things together as opposed to Willow letting the beat inspire her. They also like to collaborate, and apparently they view the partnership in terms of ... chocolate."Me and Jaden just figured out that our voices sound like chocolate together," Willow said. "As good as chocolate tastes, it sounds that good."The brother and sister also touched on Prana energy, because they know what it is, and related art to shocking people.
  • Faith Evans Planning Notorious B.I.G. Duets Album: 'One More Chance' Singer Calls Project 'The King and I' [WATCH]

Faith Evans recently revealed that she is planning a duets album featuring her late husband, The Notorious B.I.G., aka Christopher Wallace. The pair last hooked up on the 2005 posthumous "The Final Chapter." Evans told HipHollywood that the project was inspired by Natalie Cole and Nat King Cole's 1991 effort "Unforgettable." It is tentatively titled "The King and I.""It's something I've been thinking about doing for many, many years," the singer told HipHollywood. "So I finally got all my ducks in a row to try and make it happen."As for what the album would contain, Evans offered this: "It is definitely unheard music. Unheard music in the presentation of it. That's what I will say."The project is still in its infancy, so there is not much to go on, but Evans does not specifically say there will be previously unreleased verses by Biggie on the album. If it is going to be in the same vein as "Unforgettable," then there will probably be edited remixes of Biggie tunes with Evans accompanying on vocals."I'm just getting into actually working on it," she added. "It's going to be really, really dope."Fans can expect to hear some music from the project within the next year.
