A spokesperson for Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger released a statement on Friday confirming that the band had settled with insurance underwriters regarding an insurance policy the band had taken out on its Australian tour earlier this year. The group was forced to cancel the tour after Jagger's longtime partner L'Wren Scott committed suicide but underwriters claimed that the policy might not have applied to the circumstances at hand, resulting in a lawsuit form the band. -

A third case involving Flo & Eddie of The Turtles (best known for tracks such as "Happy Together") has ended in New York with a similar ruling to the previous two cases: A judge has ruled that despite the band's catalogue existing before 1972, SiriusXM had no right to use it without compensating the performers. -

The former adult film star testified against Jonathan Koppenhaver, the former MMA fighter known as "War Machine" and kept her cool on the stand even while he smirked and laughed at her testimony.
