The Tim and Eric Awesome Show creators crafted a retro hip infomercial of sorts for GE complete with a Home Depot click-through for ease in purchasing.

They tested out some original programming and quickly realized that they were on to something. Series' like House of Cards proved that if Netflix offered quality original programs then people would invest in it. Given that fact it makes perfect sense that Adam Sandler would sign on for an exclusive four-movie deal.
